AIMEN is a private non-profit association founded in 1967 on the initiative of a group of Galician entrepreneurs. It is composed by the following governing bodies: Governing Board, Executive Commission and Member Assembly.

**Remuneration of Governing Bodies

Acording to articles of association the members of the governing bodies do not receive any compensation in consideration of their position and functions, not having thus paid fixed remuneration or any variable or have made contributions in funds or contributions to pension plans. Nor they have granted loans or advances to them.
